Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia T-454/15.
Se formularon tres causales de nulidad: 1º.
Desconocimiento de la jurisprudencia constitucional y la cosa juzgada de la sentencia C-335/08. 2º.
Violación al debido proceso por error en la identidad del expediente de tutela y por fallar sin escuchar las pretensiones genuinas y los argumentos serios y de fondo de los peticionarios. 3º.
Ausencia de identidad en tutelas presentadas por un accionante.
Tras concluir que todos los cargos formulados resultan infundados, la Sala Plena decidió NEGAR la declaratoria de nulidad solicitada.
